Lucerne + Wil = An Elegant Soiree!

Lucerne and Wil were the ultimate adorable couple. Sweet as could be. They chose Kelowna for their Destination Wedding because of their love of food and wine. They had not one day, but one YEAR of wedding activities. From their engagement in Japan, to their first DESTINATION WEDDING in Kelowna, the 2nd in Singapore and the 3rd in Hong Kong. Global trekkies, forever traveling (I'm green with envy), this couple and I spent so many great times touring the valley, showing off the brilliance of the Okanagan, to their family during planning sessions.

Massive thanks to everyone on the team, who made this day possible, especially to Photographer Darren Hull for these awesome photographs. I smile each time I review them and relive the day. From their engagement to the fireworks and sparkler sendoff at the end, this couples discerning taste and style shone throughout. We incorporated all their loves - flowers, food, wine, fashion (hence her 3 dresses), family, Chinese Traditions as well as their 2 pets (Cheyenne and Kindle) into this chic and stylish event. Sweet, sparkly and oh so romantic, just like this couple.






The Wedding day itself started with the groom going to fetch his bride from her parents house. Followed by a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony with friends and family who flew in from all corners of the globe. A Garden ceremony followed by a chic winery reception with tastings, 5 course food and wine pairing dinner, live band, fireworks and a sparkler send off.
