Unlike the standard bridal shows, this one provided a twist from the norm. After hob knobbing with many suppliers whom I knew, refreshingly I found several new vendors from the 100 or so who exhibited at the Prospera Place Event. To start of the fashion show Heidi Allen, from the hit TV series "Rich Bride, Poor Bride" gave a discussion on the Whys and Wherefores of "Hiring a Wedding Planner. Yay! I can't say that every bride thinks of having a planner, so the more emphasis and education we provide to newly engaged couples, hopefully this will amount to more more successful and joyful weddings and less stressed brides with the assistance of a Wedding Planner onboard. The fashion show itself highlighted not only Bridal gowns but entertained us with break dancers while the models were changing, as well as a swimsuit parade for the guys and girls heading to warm climate honeymoon destinations.
